About Us

Wood Cable Engineering was Started by Zach Wood in December 2021. Zach has over 10 years experience within telecoms starting out as a BT Openreach apprentice in March 2013. He progressed upwards through the disciplines of copper and Fibre telecommunications and is now the proud owner of WCE.

WCE is on the Safe Contractor Register and has all industry relevant certificates and qualifications.

Where we Work

Wood Cable Engineering work anywhere in the UK. In recent years we have carried out network build in Cumbria, Northumberland, Lancashire and Southwest Scotland. Our jobs on the power network (SSE) have covered locations from Central Belt of Scotland to as far north as Aberdeenshire.
